Cory grew up in Natchez, MS and then studied at Mississippi State and RTS Jackson. From 2013-2018, he and his family lived in Scotland where he obtained a PhD in Systematic Theology from the University of Edinburgh and ministered at St. Columba's Free Church of Scotland. He is married to Heather from Knoxville, TN and has four children, Ethan, Juliette, Ames, and Lewis.
